Job Description
We are seeking skilled IT professionals for our EUC (End User Computing) project in Ada, Michigan. The ideal candidates will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective technical support for end-user devices, along with network administration and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Image laptops and desktops using SCCM PXE mode.
- Update tickets in the IT service management tool with detailed and proper work notes.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop software and hardware.
- Assist in setting up and deploying new computer equipment.
- Provide O365 support and investigate/troubleshoot software and desktop issues.
