ENCS Networks is a fast-growing company with a global presence, seeking an experienced Senior Financial Controller to join our team onsite. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead financial operations, contribute to strategic decision-making, and work with cross-functional teams worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across global markets.
- Provide strategic financial insights and analysis to senior leadership to guide business decisions and optimize performance.
- Oversee the preparation and management of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with international accounting standards.
- Manage the consolidation of global financial statements and reporting for all international operations.
- Ensure the company’s financial operations adhere to international tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across various countries to improve financial processes and efficiency.
- Lead the audit process, tax filings, and all compliance matters on a global level.
- Supervise and mentor a team of finance professionals, supporting their development and achieving departmental goals.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks, providing actionable solutions to enhance profitability.
- Maintain strong internal controls to safeguard the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Build and nurture relationships with senior management, global teams, and clients to align financial goals and ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or professional certifications like CFA, CPA, ACCA preferred).
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong global financial experience, with hands-on exposure to managing financial operations across multiple countries and currencies.
- Proficient in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- In-depth understanding of international financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to manage financial operations and teams across different international markets.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
