Job Description
We are urgently hiring a Level 1 Network Support Engineer for a 3 to 6 months contract. The position is available immediately, and the selected candidate should be ready to start ASAP.
Key Responsibilities
The L1 Network Support Engineer will be responsible for:
- Providing first-level technical support for network-related issues.
- Assisting with network monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Coordinating with senior engineers and clients for issue resolution.
- Ensuring timely documentation and reporting.
Requirements:
- Must be physically present in Saudi Arabia.
- Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (CCNA preferred).
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to join immediately.
