Position Title: Senior Content and Design specialist
Location: Bahria Town Rawalpindi, Phase 7
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Content and Design specialist with strong expertise in content creation, graphic design, video editing, digital campaigns, and employer branding. The ideal candidate must be able to take ownership of marketing projects, contribute to brand strategy, and mentor junior team members when needed.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Strategy & Creation
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand goals.
- Create high-quality content for social media, website, blogs, email campaigns, and internal branding.
- Write creative scripts, brand stories, and corporate messaging.
2. Advanced Graphic Designing
- Produce professional-level designs for campaigns, presentations, digital ads, and corporate branding.
- Maintain and evolve brand identity across all visual formats.
- Create design templates and brand guidelines for team usage.
3. High-Quality Video Editing
- Edit promotional videos, corporate videos, employer branding reels, and campaign clips.
- Manage full video production workflow: storyboarding, cutting, effects, subtitles, and sound.
- Ensure polished, high-impact content suitable for multiple platforms.
4. Employer Branding & Internal Communications
- Develop strategies to enhance the company’s employer brand.
- Create culture-driven content showcasing employee success, events, CSR activities, and workplace highlights.
- Support HR in internal campaigns, talent acquisition branding, and events coverage.
5. Social Media Leadership
- Plan monthly content calendars and digital marketing activities.
- Oversee social media posting, engagement strategies, and community management.
- Track analytics and generate monthly performance reports with insights.
6. Creative Campaign Management
- Lead brainstorming sessions for creative concepts.
- Execute integrated digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Ensure timely delivery of all marketing assets with high quality.
7. Cross-Department Collaboration
- Work closely with HR, Sales, Product, and Operations teams on content and branding needs.
- Manage internal requests for designs, videos, and presentations.
- Provide creative guidance and quality control for all outgoing content.
8. Market & Trend Research
- Identify new content trends, industry best practices, and competitor activities.
- Recommend innovative ideas to improve brand visibility and engagement.
9. Project Ownership
- Independently manage projects from concept to delivery.
- Oversee junior designers or marketing assistants when required.
- Ensure adherence to timelines, brand consistency, and quality standards.
Required Skills & Competencies Technical Expertise
- Advanced Canva & Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects is a plus)
- Strong video editing capabilities
- Content writing and editing (corporate + creative)
- Basic photography/videography skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts (SEO, paid ads, analytics)

Qualifications
